Rosie Bowen as Constance Partlet in Sorcerer 2012
Biography[edit]
Roseanna (Rosie) joined LOpSoc in 2012 during the first year of her music degree at Southampton, and was lucky enough to play a number of principal roles with the society, including Mabel in the Pirates of Penzance 2014 at the Nuffield Theatre. In this role in Pirates of Penzance 2014 (Harrogate) she was nominated for Best Female Voice in the UNIFest Competition of the International Gilbert and Sullivan Festival.
She has also appeared on stage with Bournemouth G&S Society as Phyllis in Iolanthe, Patience in Patience, Phoebe in Yeomen of the Guard, and Adele in Die Fledermaus, and will shortly be reprising the role of Mabel in their 2014 production of Pirates of Penzance.
