This is a picture of me with my husband, David Hughes. We were married in 1981, having met through the LopSoc production of "Gondoliers" in 1980. I studied French with German (BA hons. 1980) and David had returned to Southampton to help with the product

Janet and David now perform with Godalming Operatic Society, both at home and at the International Gilbert and Sullivan Festival, and came to support LOpSoc's latest performance there: Pirates of Penzance 2014 (Harrogate).
