Abigail Smith
Biography[edit]
Abigail joined LOpSoc at the start of the 2013/4 season and gave her first performance with LOpSoc in Pirates of Penzance 2014. She has performed in every show since, and played the role of "Stephanie" in Iolanthe 2015 and Iolanthe 2015 (Harrogate). In 2016 she directed Fiddler on the Roof with Emily Gray.
Abigail is studying Environmental Science at the University of Southampton. She is a keen tree hugger and will regularly embrace the odd passing vegetation whilst slightly inebriated. Sadly, the environmental scientists at university proved to be too normal for Abigail too truly express all of her weirdness. Enter LOpSoc.

Major Achievements[edit]
- The most magnificent beard ever to grace the Nuffield stage (Sorry Joe Hand, you did not achieve beard braids).
- Wore duckie ribbons.
- Did not get into a relationship with Barnaby Wilson during Iolanthe 2015, thus breaking the lingering curse of romantic leads partnering up in real life.
- 1/4 of the up and coming LOpSoc Lass House 2016-17.
