-I am living in Glossop (Derbyshire) and working for Oracle (the big red database people) after they swallowed up our previous company Hyperion Solutions.   I speak to people all over Europe and try and help them to use our accounting software.  I still speak German but less often than i used to.  Work has in the past four years sent me to various far flung places including California twice, Connecticut twice, Las Vegas, Malaga, Chennai (India) and Cairo.   Cairo was probably the worst, although I rode a camel, I got very ill from the food one day.  The bumpy bus ride to the Oracle office didn't help matters, if you get the picture...
-I have got quite into skiing lately and been to Austria, France and Andorra doing that.  2010 was the year I have passed my Open Water Diver certification as well.
-I finally bought a house!  at last! so if anyone fancies stopping by as a base for a walking holiday in the Peak District hills they are more than welcome.
-Would be glad to hear from any ex-Lopsoccers from the above years especially of any that have migrated to the North West (is there anyone at all?).   Try firstname.lastname (as above) @ the google mail place.
