Biography[edit]
An English Graduate, Ruth's first role was Lady Psyche in "Princess Ida", and then performed the role of Pitti-Sing the following year in "The Mikado", for LopSoc's Nuffield Theatre performance, and again at the International G&S Festival in Buxton. Participating in the chorus for both "What A Banker", and "The Highbourn and The Hobo", Ruth then played her last role with the society in Noel Coward's "Bitter Sweet", as Mannon.
