=== Biography ===

Jon joined the society in 2012 for The Sorcerer and never looked back, he then went on to do several shows for the society before getting in the Directors chair for the 2014 Nuffield Production The Pirates of Penzance.
Along the way he acted as Chairman for the society for the period 2013-14 during which the society tripled in size. He also worked on several shows with LOpSoc's sister societies Showstoppers, Theatre Group and StageSoc.

In 2014 Jon won the Best Director award at the 21st International Gilbert and Sullivan Festival for his work on The Pirates of Penzance, which won five awards in total including Best Show, while also being nominated for a further two.

His 2015 Production of H.M.S Pinafore, co-directed with Joseph Hand received a five star review from the Soton Tab as well as two Daily Echo Curtain Call nominations including one for Best Director of a Musical or Opera. He received life membership in 2015.

Thomas is currently LOpSoc's resident Musical Director.

== Biography ==
The opulent Thomas has just finished the first year of his Law degree at Southampton, and has been LOpSoc's Musical Director since September 2012. He began playing music at the age of 4, and is a classically trained pianist. He's also a published film composer, clarinetist, bass clarinetist and organist, as well as being LOpSoc's MD, répétiteur and conductor. Of course, that's as well as his degree, playing as an exam accompanist, and competing in mooting competitions with the Law faculty. He likes to keep himself busy, as well as long walks on the beach, and is seeking someone with GSOH.

== Musical Director of LOpSoc ==
He took over as Musical Director in September 2012, and began as MD for [[Double Feature 2013]]. He proceeded to MD [[Ruddigore 2013]] and is due to MD [[Ruddigore (Buxton) 2013]].

In the 2013-2014 season, Thomas will be MD for both shows, [[Pirates of Penzance 2014]] and [[Sweeney Todd 2014]].

Thomas was also responsible for establishing a permanent base of musicians who play for LOpSoc's production, the LOpSoc orchestra. The [[LOpSoc Orchestra]] currently stands at around 28 members, and is conducted by Thomas.

Chris joined LOpSoc in 2011 in his first year of a music degree. Having performed in his first show [[Bitter Sweet 2012]] he became heavily involved with the society becoming the youngest Musical director for a very long time, taking all of his cast to 'new heights'. He was the Chairman of the society from 2012 to early 2013.

Ian is a history student. He also has very little idea about what to write on here as he's not very interesting. He's been looking after the money for a while now and says 'NO YOU CANNOT HAVE ANY MONEY' to orphans on a regular basis. Apparently this pleases him. In no way does he act like a flamboyant Scrooge. He could never be accused of this.
